Leave the beaten path behind and step into a world where nature still writes the rules. On this immersive African photo safari, you'll traverse sun-drenched plains, hike along ancient game trails, and sleep beneath the stars in beautifully appointed tented camps that blend rustic charm with modern comfort.
From the thunder of distant elephant herds to the stillness of golden hour over the savanna, each moment invites you to slow down, look closer, and capture the untamed beauty of East Africa through your lens. With guided game drives, light hikes, and expert instruction at every turn, you’ll experience the wild not just as a visitor—but as an artist in motion.
This is more than a photography workshop. It’s an adventure for the soul.
With over a 14 years of photographing luxury weddings and real-time events, I teach what works in the wild — not just what looks good in a controlled setup. You’ll learn how to adapt, create magic in any lighting, and walk away with work that wows.
I’m not here to gatekeep. I’m here to pour into you. You'll get unfiltered access to my creative process, client experience philosophy, editing insights, and even the business strategies that keep my work in demand. I hold nothing back, because your growth lights me up.
This is more than a workshop — it’s a creative awakening. Together, we’ll explore jaw-dropping landscapes, connect with vibrant cultures, and create meaningful work in unforgettable places. You’ll leave with a portfolio full of magic and a heart full of momentum
💡 Invest in Yourself.
This isn’t just a trip. It’s an opportunity to step away from the noise, reconnect with your creative instincts, and return with more than just beautiful photos.
💼 Invest in Your Career.
Whether you’re looking to build your portfolio, refine your style, or expand your offerings—this workshop gives you the tools, guidance, and experience to elevate your work in meaningful ways.
🎨 Invest in Your Artistry.
The wild doesn’t pose. It teaches. Every game drive, every hike, every quiet moment under the stars is a chance to grow—not just as a photographer, but as a storyteller with something to say.

Nope! You don’t have to chase cheetahs for a living to get a ton out of this experience. Whether you photograph people, products, or your dog wearing sunglasses—this workshop will sharpen your eye, strengthen your storytelling, and give you tools you can use in any niche. (Plus, photographing a lion at golden hour? Major bragging rights.)
This workshop is designed for photographers of all levels—from curious beginners to seasoned pros. You’ll get hands-on guidance, tips tailored to your skill level, and plenty of space to ask questions (or just shoot your heart out). You don’t need to be a tech wizard—just bring your curiosity and sense of adventure.
Lodging, guided safari drives, local ground transportation, most meals, park entry fees, and photography instruction are all included. Airfare and your Kenyan visa are not. Pricing is based on double occupancy; a single supplement is available for an additional fee.
Most days involve time in safari vehicles with optional short walks at lodges or scenic stops. While not strenuous, you should be comfortable getting in and out of vehicles, standing for extended periods, and managing gear in warm weather.
Some lodges have Wi-Fi, but it may be spotty or limited to common areas. Cell service is often available in towns and near lodges, but don’t count on strong signals out in the bush—consider it part of the charm (and a chance to fully unplug).
It’s not required, but I highly recommend it—I wouldn’t travel without it (and I’m a Certified Travel Advisor!). Lost luggage, flight hiccups, last-minute curveballs… insurance helps protect your investment and your peace of mind. Need help picking a plan? I can help you with that.
You'll need a valid passport (good for at least 6 months post return), Flight Details, Next of kin information, all of which is for obtaining your Kenyan Visa. (more info [HERE])
We’ll go over everything in a pre-trip call and help as needed!
Currently, there are no vaccines required for entry into Kenya for most travelers—but some are strongly recommended, like Yellow Fever (especially if you’re coming from another African country), Hep A, Typhoid, and routine boosters. I always suggest chatting with your doctor or a travel clinic.
Once we return home, the experience doesn’t end. You'll receive follow-up 1:1 coaching to help you move forward in your photography goals.
