I Love working at the Bedford Village Inn. When it comes to throwing weddings– this venue has it all. Kelly and Jack
You may remember Kelly and Jack from their engagement session in Charleston last fall! (Oh their session was also featured on Cake and Lace!! ) During their session, I really got to see just how fun these two really are. They were able to beautifully incorporate pieces of their personality into their summer wedding at the Bedford Village Inn too. For example- Kelly’s love for Harry Potter surfaced as a fun sign in “map”! If you follow Harry Potter- this will definitely resonate with you!
Kelly was an absolute vision. I still can’t get over her beautiful wedding gown! She truly looked like a princess. But what’s even more special… is that she truly is just as beautiful inside as she is on the outside!
The First Look
Having a first look is definitely a personal decision. We recommend having a first look for many reasons, but ultimately I will support your decision no matter what. Kellly and Jack though- they decided to have a first look and it was amazing!! We were then able to take some romantice and natural portraits of this beautiful couple on their wedding day at the Bedford Village Inn!
The Bridal Party
Wow! This bridal party was pretty awesome! (They had their very own #badass factor (wink wink- right Sim!! LOL) that made me love them even more!! Seriously though- this group of peeps were kind and fun and sooo thoughtful! Not to mention absolutely stunning!! I mean… just look….
The Ceremony
The Bedford Village Inn is a beautiful place for summer weddings! Kelly and Jack chose to have their ceremony in the courtyard. The courtyard is beautiful all on it’s own- but they also had a stunning floral adorned arbor installed! These two made their ceremony extra special by having Jack’s Aunt Virginia officiate- and a good friend Shoni read a beautiful passage. On top of that… Kelly was given away by her mother. Although I don’t show the entire ceremony here…. trust me… it was STUNNING!.
The Reception
To kick off this awesome party- Jack’s Step-father and his band played some beautiful music at the cocktail hour in the Barn Gardens. And.. if that wasn’t already amazing, Jack’s sister Lucy even performed by singing a few numbers for the guests. After cocktail hour finished up- everyone headed inside for some tasty dinner, toasts and of course dancing! Take a peek at the rest of their evening for their Bedford Village Inn summer Wedding!
