Cinderella Wedding Theme

Your time is here: the perfect princess wedding. Little girls dream about it their whole life and the ones that don’t change their ideas over the years want a wedding just like the one they saw in the cartoons. It’s all possible: everything from the carriage to the puffy dress and, of course, your prince charming. Luxury weddings like these do come with a hefty price tag, though. So, here are all the essentials you will want on your perfect wedding day:

The perfect dress

Which girl doesn’t want to try a puffy ballgown when she first goes in to choose her wedding dress. However, in your case, a ballgown isn’t something you should just try, it’s something you should get. There’s nothing in the world that screams “Cinderella” more than her signature dress.  So follow the rules: fitted top with a semi-sweetheart neckline, sheer straps and a bottom that is a very puffed-up A-line.  You can skip the overlays that fall from her hips because they look a bit old-fashioned. Of course, there’s more: her signature over-the-elbow sparkling gloves and the shoes. Skip the glass and go with white, covered in crystals. This is the look that encompasses all things princess, and you will certainly feel like royalty in it.

The right venue

We all know where princesses get married, so hurry up and find yourself a castle. Almost every country has castles and ballrooms that you can rent out for a wedding, but that doesn’t mean you should limit yourself to those options only. Who says you can’t have a luxury, beach wedding? One at a luxurious golf club, or at the top of a building? You have the right to redefine what a princess means, but there are some things that should stay the same: luxury at every step. No matter where you have your wedding, your guests should feel like they are in a fairytale wedding every step of the way. Dress everything up, pick up the gorgeous big bouquets, light up the candles, and have the finest silverware. Remember – it’s the little things that count. And if you’re wondering how you’re going to get there: forget about the pumpkin and the tacky carriage, you want to hire a luxury car from Queens Car Hire for your wedding day and arrive with class and style.

You can’t exactly have a luxury wedding if you’re serving your guests pigs in a blanket. Think of all the things that spring into mind when you think about a castle wedding: lobster, steak, a lot of high-quality, fresh ingredients and, of course, let’s not forget the wedding cake. Go for at least three tiers of classic, white wedding cake, and add your twist on it by sprinkling some light blue on the middle layer, or replacing the usual bride and groom on top with a Cinderella and Prince Charming. Last, but definitely not least, you should think about the drinks. Champagne should be a must-have, at least for the toast, and some fairy tale-inspired cocktails will add an interesting twist. If possible, have all of your servers wear white gloves to add to the feeling of luxury.

In the end, luxury isn’t about having the most expensive wedding, it’s about feeling like everything is tailored just for you. From your dress all the way down to the invitations, every part should come together to tell your princess story, and all of your guests should be able to feel that. Not only will it be the most amazing day of your life, but your guests will feel like they’ve just attended the royal ball. So dance the night away under the stars and remember that for you – midnight isn’t the curfew.
