I am so excited to talk about Sam and German’s incredible engagement session in Paris! Not only did the lovebirds get engaged at the top of the iconic Eiffel Tower, but they also wanted to come back to Paris for their engagement photoshoot. I, for one, absolutely love traveling, especially for my couples! So, when it came to planning for this Parisian adventure, I was more than happy to oblige! We booked the trip and decided to stay for six days to make the most of our time there. Let me say it was nothing short of amazing. We explored the city together, got to know each other more, and captured some truly beautiful shots.
Photographing Sam And German’s Paris Engagement Session
We had a fantastic time shooting Sam and German’s Paris engagement across the city’s various breathtaking locations. From the iconic Eiffel Tower to the grand Palace of Versailles, every shot we took was filled with love, romance, and pure joy. The days were beautiful, with the perfect sunlight that cast a warm glow over everything in sight. We also had the perfect light and airy weather (which, as you know, I LOVE)! But it wasn’t just the locations or the wonderful weather that made this engagement shoot so special. It was my lovely couple!
Sam and German are two of the most fun, kind-hearted, and genuine people I have had the pleasure of working with. Every photo I took was filled with so much emotion and passion that it was hard not to get caught up in the moment myself. And the best part? The beauty of the city and the warmth and magic of their love all came together to create something exceptional.
There was an undeniable magic in the air when I was shooting Sam and German’s engagement photos in front of the magnificent Eiffel Tower. These two were an absolute delight to work with – quirky, fun, and unapologetically in love. We didn’t stick to just one angle or pose but made sure to mix it up and let their love take center stage. From playful shots to sweet embraces, every frame we captured was brimming with their love. It was spectacular, to say the least!
I loved how the vast gardens and grandiose architecture at the Palace of Versailles provided a perfect complement to Sam and German’s grace and elegance. As the lovebirds posed and kissed against the gorgeous backdrop of the palace, I could feel the love radiating off of them. The majestic fountains and ornate statues around us made the perfect setting for some breathtakingly beautiful photos.
Another highlight of their shoot was when we went to the Arc de Triomphe and the Louvre Museum; these not only provided exceptional backdrops for the engagement photos but also allowed us to capture Sam and German’s love for art and culture. We took so many perfect shots of them walking hand in hand, framed by the stunning architecture of the museum. I was in complete awe seeing my couple move and pose together in such a natural and effortless way that capturing their love was an absolute breeze.
An Enchanting Paris Adventure
Sam and German have been together for 16 whole years and are finally tying the knot. It’s heartwarming to see a couple that has been together for so long have that spark in their eyes and that excitement in their voice when they talk about their future together. Plus, they are the absolute definition of “fun.” My husband and I got to know them pretty well during our stay at Les Bulles de Paris, a quirky champagne-themed hotel we all stayed at.
Exploring the sights and tastes of the city and sharing in German’s foodie excitement added to the excitement of the trip. We even got to witness the guys try a coveted “French Coffee” one afternoon, and let’s just say we’re still trying to perfect that recipe ourselves at home, LOL. But seriously, these two are just so perfect together, and shooting their engagement session in the gorgeous City of Love was a blast!

I cannot wait to capture your love story on your big day, and I am sure it will be filled with just as much laughter, joy, and adventure as our time together in Paris.
