One benefit of being an alumnus of the William Lawrence Camp- is that you are allowed to have your wedding there! And I have to admit- for a venue that doesn’t host weddings to the general public, they did a hell of a job putting it together!! So being that Drew was a long time childhood camper, and eventually a camp counselor, it ended up being a very meaningful venue for an event as important as his wedding day!
There were so many fun little details that made their Camp wedding full of personality. For Example, they infused the perfect amount of family history by incorporating Drew’s family crest colors into his bowtie, and in the overall wedding colors. They had an authentic bagpipe player perform immediately after the official I-do’s! Although they kept their wedding details simple- there was so much personality poured into every aspect. What’s the absolute cutest…. they had the drink glasses adorned with cute pictures of their Cat and dinosaurs! LOL And they showed respect to those loved ones, who have passed on, by having their photos displayed. It was the sweetest thing.
I absolutely love the getting ready part of the wedding day! There is so much anticipation and excitement for the events yet to come! I can’t imagine anything more special than being surrounded by your best girl/guy buds before you make that one life-long commitment that you’ve been dreaming about forever!!
Christine and her girls were the most amazing down-to-earth gals that wore the cutest simple plaid shirts! Though they aren’t pictured in this post, they all looked absolutely adorable! What I loved too- was that the moms were included too! Though- one of the bride’s attendants was her brother Daniel! Although he didn’t have a cute shirt- seeing the closeness they share makes my heart so very happy!
I absolutely adored this group of guys! (Okay- so I adored everyone at this wedding!! LOL) Getting ready in the basement of the Centennial Lodge. Very low- key, they all got dressed while some music played and beers drank. Oh… and check out Drew’s Freakin’ Kick-Ass mustache!
Each wedding I shoot- I’m blown away with the wedding party! It’s incredible the people that I get to meet! Christine and Drew’s bridal attendants made this day that much more fun! One thing that makes my heart sooo very happy- is how Christine’s Brother was the “Man of Honor” along with the ladies! And he owned his role and so totally freakin’ rocked it! What made this even more special… was his girlfriend was also an attendant… along with Drew’s sister Eliza! (Who… was just married three weeks earlier!)
Yeah.. we did the traditional shots… but I love how the guys incorporated their groomsmen gifts into the mix too! Take a peek!
With Spectacular views- Christine and Drew held their ceremony at the Camp chapel, which overlooked the absolutely stunning views of Northern NH.
