Winter Engagement Session in Peterborough
Why have an engagement session? Oh wow! There are so many reasons! Not only is it fun- but it gives you a chance to truly get to know your photographer and how they work. Additionally, it gives your photographer a chance to see how you guys interact as a couple. And…. well… it’s just fun.

I JUST LOVE these two! Not only are they incredibly fun… they are potty mouths like me. HAHA Seriously though- working with couples who I can truly befriend, makes me so incredibly grateful. It recharges me and gets me excited all over again about the profession I chose.
We met at a fun little pub in Peterborough. Harlows . Up til this point, we have only spoken via the phone. And reflecting back on our first conversation- I knew we were a perfect fit! I didn’t want to get off the phone! And the same thing happened during their engagement session.
We started our session with drinks and conversation, and ended it the same way! Their amazing dog Ruthie was a dream to have along too! I simply can’t wait for their wedding next January!
How did you guys meet?
Chris’s mom and I worked together at cape cod hospital. I saw Chris picture from mma on her clipboard. I said oh he’s cute! Then She gave Chris my number.
Tell us about your first date! (Was it fun, awkward, boring, etc) We love details!! *
Chris flew up from Texas to celebrate Me passing by boards. We spent that whole weekend together. It was really special
Tell us about the proposal! *
Chris proposed on his 30th birthday. We had dinner at Roberts in kittery. I was getting into the car and Chris said I have one more thing I want for my birthday. As we were hugging the woman parked next to us interrupted our moment because she wanted to get into her car to leave. Haha!
What do you guys do for fun? (Both together and as individuals?) *
We spend a lot of time going for walks with our dog Ruthie whether it be at the beach or in the woods. We also like to cook and read.
Do either of you have funny quirks or habits that drives the other nuts? (HAHA) *
Christine follows Chris around turning off lights. Chris thinks it’s weird Christine sleeps with socks on.
How are the wedding plans coming along? What are your wedding day visions? *
Wedding day plans are coming along okay.. our vision is a very simple wedding that ends in a big party.
As a couple who is currently actively planning your wedding- can you offer any advice to other couples? What would be your biggest piece of advice? *
Christine is doing the planning. My biggest advice is take your time making decisions and try not to get overwhelmed with all of your options!
What do you both do for a living?
Chris is a soon to be hvac tech and Christine is an RN case manager for a private home health agency
