Wow! That is one word comes to mind when I reflect back on Katie and Chris’s wedding day. I can’t even begin to express just how fantastic their day was.
From the moment we arrived- it was nothing but genuine, heartfelt joy.
Pure sunshine- blue skies and navy blue bridesmaids dresses are just some the of words that can describe the look of their romantic wedding day- at Arlington’s West Mountain Inn. It was a perfect combination of a beautiful rustic wedding – mixed with the elegance of a pastel floral bouquet. But what was most impressive about this New England summer wedding- wasn’t only how everything looked- but how everything felt. 
From the moment we arrived at the rehearsal- we were greeted with smiles and hugs. (We even got to see one of my former K. Lenox couples- Ross and Caroline! ( #rossandcoosayido ) Everyone was happy and peaceful. Lots of laughter. But one thing that sticks out was the way Katie and Chris looked at each other, the way they held hands. The way they laughed. It was at the rehearsal when I realized just how excited I was to be a part of their day- because I saw just how excited they were to be getting married. 
One thing that is important to me is that my couples realize that they are more than just a job to me. I want to establish a long-lasting friendship. Our relationship doesn’t just end after the pictures are delivered. It’s important to me that we have a connection- one that tells me this could be the beginning of an excellent friendship. This is how excellent photographs are made.
It was this day- June 13th, 2015 when Katie and Chris began their lives together as Mr. and Mrs. Foote. ( #footedoctors) Katie and Chris both looked as if they stepped right out of a magazine. Their smiles lit up the entire day- and we were there to capture it all. <3 <3
