When there is a family with young kiddos- there is never a dull moment. Well, the same concept goes into play on a photo session with young kiddos- which is why they are so much fun!! Meet the Stebbins family! Because they are the focus of today’s blog post!
Being that this family spends a large portion of their time at The Keene Country Club– it was only perfect for their session to happen at a venue where they share so many memories. Which was awesome- because it made for an awesome backdrop! However- when you see how adorable their three kiddos are- your heart is going to melt a little- just like mine did- and it wouldn’t have mattered what the backdrop was…. these kiddos definitely steal the spotlight!
This session was to- the- moon- and- back fun! I mean- I got to work with Spiderman!!! Yes! This little Keene NH Portrait photographer actually got to hang out with Spidey! Who else can say that? Mr. Spiderman was incognito – but he came out a little to show me some of his moves!
This session was long overdue- and has been in the works for almost a year now. Between the hectic schedules that comes when Dad runs his own successful business (Stebbins Spectacular Painting ) and Mom has a full-time job as an Educator- I’m surprised we were able to fit it in when we did! And it couldn’t have been more perfect. And not to mention that we had the most amazing light that gave us some of those soft hazy pictures that I love so much!
Now when I say perfect- I’m not referring to “Webster’s” definition of perfect. I’m referring to reality’s definition of perfect. Which is- “we are all perfectly imperfect.” Okay- I can’t say that is a legit definition – but it’s one that I wholeheartedly believe in.
Family sessions are rarely perfect- by Webster’s standards that is. I mean….kiddos run the show. We play by their rules…. and the end result- a whole lot of pictures that truly display the love and craziness that a family shares. Now that is perfect!
