Photographing Sam and German’s Bedford Village Inn wedding was truly a joy and an honor. I got to know them well from their enchanting engagement session in Paris. And I was thrilled to capture their special day, which was just as beautiful and romantic. Sam and German are such a sweet couple, always bursting with kindness and love. I especially LOVE how German is so goofy—he’s always laughing and making Sam laugh. It’s just so awesome! What I admired most about their wedding was that it perfectly blended American and Colombian cultures, creating a vibrant celebration of love. With German’s family and friends traveling from Colombia to join the festivities, the day was made even more special. The stunning Bedford Village Inn provided the perfect backdrop for a day filled with laughter, joy, and heartfelt moments.
Sam And German’s Bedford Village Inn Wedding
Sam and German tied the knot at the beautiful Bedford Village Inn in New Hampshire. It’s always a pleasure to return to this iconic location, where I’ve become quite adept at picking the perfect backdrops (boasting much? Yes! Haha!). The venue offers spectacular natural surroundings that make for stunning wedding photos, coupled with a professional staff ready to ensure your day is unforgettable. Bedford Village Inn delivers everything you’ve dreamed of and more with its serene ambiance, comfortable accommodations, and five-star service. And Sam and German’s wedding was absolutely breathtaking!
Sam wore a gorgeous wedding dress embellished with glitter that sparkled in the light. Disney should totally consider giving Sam her own show or movie because she looked like a real-life Cinderella! Before their wedding ceremony, German and Sam did a quick first look. Sam walked up to German, and as he turned around, he was completely blown away by her beauty. He looked at her with so much admiration, and their photos are proof of the love they share.
As Sam walked down the aisle with her parents, everyone was in awe of her transformation. I was thrilled to witness Sam and German say, “I do.” German looked handsome in his tux as he said his vows, and at the end, the couple shared a tender kiss to seal their marriage. During the ceremony, the couple also exchanged Columbian coins as a tradition. Sam’s dress sparkled in the sun, prompting her close friend Amy to joke about needing sunglasses. In a fun twist, Amy handed out sunglasses to everyone for the first kiss. When the couple turned to the audience, everyone in attendance wore sunglasses! It was both cute and hilarious.
German and Sam hosted their reception indoors, creating a spectacular setting with sheer white drapes and elegant indoor lighting adorning the ceiling. The head table was beautifully decorated with white linens, fine cutlery, and roses. Family and friends delivered heartfelt speeches, congratulating the happy couple on their new journey.
Fancy DJ lights set the mood for the evening, and Sam and German were elated to be surrounded by their loved ones. In a delightful surprise, the couple performed a choreographed Colombian salsa dance, having taken lessons for months. This unexpected treat thrilled their guests, who then hit the dance floor with boundless energy. It was incredible to see everyone having the time of their lives at the party.
