The weather report wasn’t exactly awesome. (unless tornados are exciting to you! LOL) But, that didn’t keep Kerrin and Charles’s spirits down for their Wedding at the Bedford Village Inn! And despite the horrid humidity- the torrential rains held off long enough for us to get outside for some pretty awesome portraits!!
You may remember Kerrin and Charles from their Engagement Session in Portsmouth last fall! These two are something else. From the moment I met these two- I instantly knew that they were my kind of peeps! And what’s even better- their friends and family are exactly the same way too.
Attending the rehearsal- I immediately felt a sense of ‘fun’. It was at the rehearsal where we all learned about the Tornado warnings that were surrounding the area. When someone showed Charles the radar… he just laughed. A genuine and wholehearted laugh. I can’t think of a better response to handle the stress of “less than perfect” wedding day weather! There’s really nothing that can be done about it… so why not just laugh. (See why I love these guys?!)
I stayed for the entire rehearsal dinner talking to friends and family! If that doesn’t say just how much fun this crowd is… I don’t know what does!
You may have heard me say this before- but I’m always referring to my couples as freakin’ AWESOME. I only work with kick-ass couples who share the same philosophies as I do. Each couple I work with has their own sets of quirks. They also each have their goals and intentions. Each one unique- but none the less badass. That’s right, I said it. K. Lenox couples are pretty badass. Kerrin and Charles are no exception.
Let me start off by showing you some of these wedding day details!!
These ladies are pretty freakin’ incredible! And check out the pretty floral robes and the fun socks!!

Kerrin and Charles chose to share a “First Look” before their ceremony. And we were lucky enough to have just enough time for the portraits too!!
I love the wedding day details!
The Wedding at the Bedford Village Inn was moved indoors because mother nature just couldn’t hold it any longer! The skies just opened up. The staff at the BVI worked hard (and quickly) to transform the Grand Ballroom into the most beautiful ceremony site!
We snuck outside for a quick portrait and Miranda got a pic of the rainbow that formed!
MAN! Was this a fun reception. The dancefloor was non-stop jam packed the entire night! If you are ever looking for a Wedding Band that can keep your party going… then look no further than HOT MESS. To be completely honest…. they are just FREAKIN’ INCREDIBLE!
