Chesterfield Inn Wedding
This wedding was near and dear to my heart. If there ever is a love story that shows strength, endurance and a deep commitment to one another – their story is the epitome of it all. Just a few short weeks after they were engaged- Cory was injured in a diving accident that left him paralyzed from the waist down. Colline stood by him through the intensive therapy- doctors appointments. They moved to Boston to be closer to the state of the art medical facilities that were located there.
What really grabs me- is the “never give up” outlook that Cory kept (keeps) the entire time. He believes that he is going to walk again- and with the support of his wife and his family, and their faith in the Good Lord, I have no doubts that it will happen. Colline once mentioned to me that when she dreams….. Cory is always walking.
Colline and Cory were surrounded by love and support through this difficult time. In return, they wanted to say “Thank you” to these important people in their lives. They decided to throw a dinner party at the Chesterfield Inn in NH. Only it wasn’t just a dinner party- but a celebration of love and commitment. . . Their wedding.
You can say that the secret was safe- because the look on their faces was priceless. Although intimate pictures were captured- I chose not to share them.
So Colline got dolled up in her beautiful lace wedding gown, and Cory in his suit. They walked down the aisle and said I do.
Their wedding was simple. Their wedding was quaint. Their wedding was amazing.
