Kristina And Jay’s Churchill Barn Wedding

I’ve been counting down the days to their Churchill Barn wedding ever since they entrusted me with capturing their engagement session. I still vividly recall our initial conversation that effortlessly extended into a two-hour-long heart-to-heart. Kristina and Jay, without a doubt, are one of the sweetest couples I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Their genuine kindness and warmth are infectious, bringing a smile to anyone fortunate enough to cross their path. Their love for each other is so tangible it literally radiates from them. It’s the sweetest thing to witness! And I am beyond grateful to have been a part of their beautiful love story.

Kristina And Jay’s Churchill Barn Wedding

I couldn’t wait to start photographing Kristina and Jay as they prepared for their big day. Kristina had this incredible grace and elegance and looked absolutely stunning in her wedding dress. I loved how she added a touch of vibrancy with her bright lipstick and nail color; it really popped in the photos. Meanwhile, Jay and his groomsmen were quick to get into their smart tuxedos. They had their handshakes and some playful tugs – you know, just guys being guys, haha!

Before the wedding ceremony, I was privileged to capture some heartfelt moments. One of the highlights was when Kristina shared a heartwarming first look with her dad. But what really stood out was the special bond between Kristina and her mom, Sandi, who treat each other like their best friend! Jay also shares a close relationship with Kristina’s mom, and in a touching gesture, Sandi gave Jay her late father’s watch and helped him put it on. It was a beautiful moment that showcased the deep connections and love between these wonderful people.

Kristina and Jay Say “I Do”

Kristina and Jay tied the knot in the most simple yet beautiful way possible. They had an outdoor ceremony, and the view at Churchill Barn was breathtaking. The altar decorated with white cloth and beautiful white flowers looked exquisite against the vibrant greens of the venue. It was romantic and awe-inspiring – truly the ideal setting for my couple’s union. The ceremony was lovely, with everyone in attendance gathered to celebrate Kristina and Jay’s marriage. They also honored Jay’s late mom by reserving a special seat for her at the ceremony and setting up a beautiful remembrance table in her honor.

Jay and Kristina’s reception was a night to remember! They decked out their venue with enormous, illuminated marquee letters spelling “LOVE,” creating a captivating outdoor display. The party inside was buzzing with warmth and affection as family and friends raised their glasses to toast the happy couple amidst hearty laughter and cheers.

During the speeches, Kristina shared a heartwarming moment with her mom by presenting her with a unique gift – a custom sketch. This sweet gesture added to the already love-filled vibes of the day. No celebration is complete without sweets, and this one certainly didn’t disappoint! A dessert table filled with cookies, cupcakes, and an adorable two-tier cake was a hit among the guests. I can still recall the delightful flavors! The entire evening was steeped in love (quite literally!), and it was clear that so many people adored Kristina and Jay.
